Paypal: For International Orders you will receive an additional Paypal Invoice for the shipping total. Typically we send US Post but can send also with UPS if you desire. You may email before placing your order requesting the shipping cost.
RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and our issuing of a Return Authorization Number from Timeless Clothing USA. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders. ORDER SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES: In the event you receive a damaged box, be sure to have the driver note any and all damages. You have 72 hours to notify of us of the claim, and be sure to keep all damaged packing materials for our inspection, if deemed necessary? We double count and weigh all outgoing orders, so the likelihood of a short shipment is slim; however, we do honor 100% accurate shipments!!
