WHOLESALE WEB SITE:

New customers must receive authorization before you will have access to
his part of the web site.
MAIL-IN:
You are welcome to send in your orders. Be sure to include your
shop name, our item numbers, sizes, and quantities. Do not forget to enclose
your payment method or we will not be able to process your order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT:
New accounts are C.O.D CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, or WIRE TRANSFER
to our account. Once your account is established you may discuss future
payment options.
MINIMUM ORDERS:
Opening orders require a minimum order of $350.00. Our goal is to
be as flexible as possible, and we are always willing to discuss your order
needs on a case to case basis. Typically all items require a 3pc. minimum
per style. You can choose your size breakdowns; example 1-L/1-XL/1-2XL.
Certain items are excluded from the 3pc. minimum, so please inquire.
BAD CHECKS:
All returned checks are subject to a $50.00 processing fee.
RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and our
issuing of a Return Authorization Number from Timeless Clothing USA. There
is a 15% restocking fee on all returned orders.
REFUSED ORDERS:
There is a 20% restocking fee on all refused orders.
ORDER SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES:
In the event you receive a damaged box, be sure to have the driver note
any and all damages. You have 72 hours to notify of us of the claim, and
be sure to keep all damaged packing materials for our inspection, if deemed
necessary? We double count and weigh all outgoing orders, so the likelihood
of a short shipment is slim; however, we do honor 100% accurate shipments!!
